All clients must agree to all the terms of service before working with us

Payment, Refunds & Cancelations

We are accepting Bank Transfers (IBAN).Currently we are prioritising full payments. Payment plan can be discussed individually per each caseShould an emergency arise while we are working on your suit and you have to cancel your commission the refund amount will be discussed based on the amount of work that has been done. We then reserve the right to deny working with you in the future.Please make sure you are financially stable when commissioning us.

Shipping

We ship from Bulgaria.
Shipping isn’t included in your suit’s price.
Shipping costs vary from country to country. We usually ship with DPD/DHL/UPS unless there’s a specific shipping company discussed prior to sending it off.We ship world wide.Currently we do not offer shipping to the United States.We offer free European furry convention delivery! (Eurofurence/NordicFuzzCon/Awoostria/Furizon etc.)We are NOT responsible for any lost or damaged product from the delivery services. We do include an AirTag in every shipment in case of an emergency. This tag is provided by us.

Warranty and Repairs

Each suit has a 60 days warranty.It does not include high-friction activity damage, stains, mold, fire damage, fit/DTD errors, intentional damage, improper storage/care or engaging in NSFW activities.This is a hand-crafted, fully custom work and we understand errors can happen, thats why we offer a 6 month window, should any minor errors of ours happen to occur at all.Please note that this is a wearable item so wear and tear is normal when its being used.We provide a detailed care guide with each of our suits so you know how you should take care of is best and prolong its shelf life as much as possible.

Ordering Requirements

We will be having specific openings for Quotes where you’d be able to get a quoted price for your suit which will be valid for 1 year.Only if you’ve received a quote from us you will be considered in an official commission opening.We only work with 18+ clients.If you are commissioning a partial we will be asking you for head and hand/wrist measurements. We will providing you with a guide on the exact details we’d need.If you are commissioning a Full Suit you will be required to make a Duct Tape Dummy and send it our way. We will be providing you with a detailed video guide on how to properly create one.We do not accept AI generated references or VR/3D references.
Please make sure you have a proper reference sheet where your character’s details, markings and colors are clearly visible. We are not responsible for any missed details/markings due to a poor reference image.Communication between the artists and the client is to be respectful, polite and done in a timely manner. If we do not get a response to a question within 72hrs we will be continuing work as is.We do not tolerate harassment, rushing, discrimination or any unlawfull/unethical behaviours. Engaging in any of these actions will terminate your commission immediately.

Completion times

Completion time for partial suits is 2-3 months.
Completion time for Full suits 2-6 months.
Completion times may vary due to real life occurrences and material delivery, but generally these are the completion times we have been able to stick to.Please communicate if you want your suit done by a (realistic) certain date and we will do our best to provide!

Your rights

You have the right to contact us regarding your commission at any time, however do note our time zone being in Eastern Europe (Bulgaria). Please provide us with up to 24hrs response time, even though we’d communicate if we’d be harder to reach for whatever reason prior to it.Please be aware that this is a professional communication and even though we might be friendly and open we also have our boundaries so any parasocial behavior will be called out.Kindly refrain from sending “Hi”,”Hello”s, “Is it done”, “When will it be done” messages our way. Even though we will remain open to communication know that this specific daily spam isn’t appreciated at all.You will be provided (spammed almost) with Work In Progess pictures throughout the entire process. We will be answering any question or concern you might have.
